Triggers button toy[link to video added]

so before i got trigger, i had another budgie (he passed away earlier last year) and i made this toy for him the first year i got him



it has been passed down to trigger and he loves it! he likes to pick it up and pull it, it is so funny to see

Is that a cable tie? That looks really safe (looks like 0 chance of him getting caught in it), do you have any pics of trigger playing with it for us :D
