Hi Taff,
You have a few big concerns here. Firstly her age: at that age, budgies have lost a lot of muscle mass and it is common for them to become egg bound. Breeders, as good practice, generally do not breed hens over 5 years of age.
The second problem would be that hens who keep laying eggs tend to develop calcium deficiencies which cause a lot of problems with bone density etc.
The bleeding is an immediate issue... i assume it has stopped bleeding now? Generally, any bleeding is considered to be life endangering to a budgie, they have such little blood in their tiny bodies

I think you need to consult an avian vet, about the bleeding and the egg laying. You want to prevent her from laying any more eggs, so you need to find out the reason behind it. Getting too much sunlight can be a cause of hormonal issues in birds (in the wild they breed during the summer, when the sun is out for longer than winter) so reducing the light exposure in the evenings can help. But it is really important, i think, to speak to an avian vet

I had a budgie who decided she wanted to lay eggs when she was 9. She became egg bound with one, and the vet syringed the egg to get the shell out of her. She tried to lay a second egg a while later and became egg bound again... she had to be anestetised and the egg removed, and have minor surgery to prevent prolapse, but she didnt recover from the surgery

which is why it is important to prevent your girl from laying any more eggs

Anyway, let us know what you end up doing, and how your girl goes
